This is my favorite rune set. They are hand-carved on 200+-year-old poplar wood from the Ohio River area of the US. The original Crown Royal bag that held them finally fell apart around 2015 and I scored their current home at our local medieval faire way back when we still had one.
These runes are so lightweight they almost feel like air. I swear that a stiff breeze would scatter them to the ends of the earth. LOL!

Happy Tarot Tuesday, everyone! I'm sharing my deck of the week, so let's take a look!

For the week of March 11 - 17, I'm working with the Somnia Tarot by Nicolas Bruno.

This is one of my favorite decks for deep personal work. The atmospheric photography that Nicolas uses to convey each individual card is steeped in a surreal energy that feels like a lucid dream. I personally don't remember much of my dreams at all, but I have heard others describe this deck as one that really resonates for dream interpretation!
