NOTE: By joining and making use of our website platform, and it’s Features, either as a Free or Premium (paid) Member, or by making a purchase of a Membership, Class, Course, Product, Reading or other Service, you agree to, and will abide by, the following Policies, Disclaimers and Terms of Service (TOS):

Refund Policy: Purchasers are given instant and full access to Digital Products and Services, such as online courses and memberships, offered by The Tarot Guild, and therefore these purchases are NOT refundable.

Application Fees for Certification are also NOT REFUNDABLE. These Fees pay for the certification process, including but not limited to: communications with the applicant, research, processing, testing, evaluation, documentation, the creation and delivery of Certifcates, and so forth…

Applying for Certification does NOT guarantee the applicant will receive the certification. Applicants who are not successful in their first attempt are allowed to re-apply for the same level of certification at no additional charge.

The refund policies on Readings and other Services or Products provided by individual Tarot Guild Members are up to them. Request this information directly from the Tarot Guild Member providing you their products or services.

For Readings booked with Officers of The Tarot Guild, if you need to cancel, you must provide at least 48 hours notice prior to your appointment. No Refunds will be issued for Requests for Cancellation received less than 48 hours in advance. Readings delivered via Email are generally not refundable.

Services that are provided via this website are only for those 18 years of age or older. Readings are for spiritual enlightenment and guidance only, and not to be misconstrued as Fortune Telling or advice. In jurisdictions that require it: ALL SERVICES ARE FOR ENTERTAINMENT PURPOSES ONLY!

Interactions with Other Members and Website Users: You agree to not harass, “Stalk” or “Spam” other Members. Contact between you and other members must remain civil and friendly. “Bullying” in any form will not be tolerated. You also agree to not make use of our private messaging system or Chat Room(s) to solicit, promote, or advertise products, services or other commercial interests, or information, not requested by individual members.

Only Premium Members of The Guild are permitted to promote their products, services and other offerings on the public areas of the website. You agree to not solicit, promote, or advertise products, services or other commercial interests, on any public part of the website, such as: Forums, Groups, Articles, Events, Chat Room(s), Status Updates (Activity Feed), and any other public areas, without prior permission.

Free Members of the website are permitted, however, to promote and advertise on their own Profile Pages.
